Product condition: The returned product must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return process

Get a return label:
We will review your return request within 1-3 business days. Once the review is approved, you will receive an email with the return address and prepaid shipping label.
Ship the product back to us:
Ship the product back to us using the provided return label. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation.
Confirmation of receipt and processing:
After receiving the returned goods, our quality inspection team will check the condition of the goods within 3 working days.
If the goods meet the return conditions, we will immediately initiate the refund process.


Refund policy
Refund method: We will refund the amount according to your original payment method. Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded to the original card; online payment platforms such as PayPal will also be refunded to the corresponding account.

Customized products: Products that are customized according to personalization are usually not returnable unless there are quality issues.
